What exercise have you gotten up to today or going to do later on? Great to see everyone out at their respective 6am boxing, 930am circuit and 1030am boxing this morning giving it their all! I love seeing different fitness levels mixing together working towards their own goals in a group setting! I fitted in my own 40 minute interval session out at Lilydale Lake this morning. Feels great to be working on my cadence with my 1 minute efforts running followed by a nice 1 minute brisk walk recovery!!! Next week I will be increasing the time I do my work intervals for!!! Which funnily enough excites me ... love the feeling of the heart pumping and the burn in the legs!!! Have a great afternoon and weekend everyone.
