What gets me up at 4:15 am? I hit the 100lb loss mark in May 2013. I found it really hard to continue to lose after that point. Why? Because I didnt have anything to look forward to! I never planned on actually losing 100lbs so I had no future goals. How do you change that? Set a crazy, outlandish challenge and hold yourself to it. I sat my unmotivated self down on Memorial Day and dropped the hammer - I will be in a bikini on or before Labor Day. This imposing deadline scares me into sweating six days a week and most of them are pre-dawn. Accountability and deadlines suck, but so does being unhealthy and unhappy. The countdown is on...
