What great classes today at HQ. Our 2 hour Black Belt class was at full capacity with all those testing this year, alongside the many students using it for additional curriculum training. Great atmosphere and great students = great classes! After the 2 hour class we quickly moved onto our Squad training and took everyone up a notch with drills, sparring and fitness. Everyone who is competing soon are doing very well, and please remember we have these sessions on every few weeks. Our Black belt class is FREE and open to all students of AIMAA Scotland that are brown belt and upwards. Any age can attend, as long as you are brown belt upwards. Our squad training is open to everyone, regardless of age and is a great class for taking your fitness and sparring to a new level. Our AIMAA classes that were held this morning did an outstanding job, and I must say our students are spoiled for choice for schools to attend, and all these now on 7 days a week! We have new schools in the pipeline and these will be announced soon. Our Instructor Team just goes from strength to strength, and we are blessed to have such dedicated martial artists wanting to pass on their knowledge to others. Master Kirkwood.
