What happened to fresh food!? If 25-50% or more of your diet comes from frozen meals it may be a good time to try something new and switch it up a bit.... The only frozen things you need are fruits, some veggies that you cannot buy fresh or that you do not eat often enough to keep fresh in the fridge, fresh meat you buy and freeze on your own, maybe a frozen yogurt treat (yes a treat, NOT an every night snack) and ice!!! Frozen meals are loaded with sodium and preservatives! Make homemade meals and freeze them on your own! Good healthy tip of the day! Keep your freezer clear and not loaded full with junk! Your body will love you for it!
