What happened to loyalty and customer service. After 10 years with XM, I asked for one favour as small one I thought, I wanted the XM package in my Sirius truck, just swap them... they can do it but there is a monthly fee for a Best Of package, but I wanted to try it to decide if I wanted to keep the service in my truck. I asked for one month, they said No! He simply said No!. Therefore SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED. Im sick of these corporations simply saying, those are the rules, Im just following policy be a God damned human being, realize that customer service is paramount, and help out loyal customers instead of finding ways to not help us. For what would have amounted to $5, they lost a 10 year customer with 2 radio subscriptions today.
