What happened to my America? Where are the core values of honor, - TopicsExpress

What happened to my America? Where are the core values of honor, courage, honesty, integrity, hardiness, and commitment that have built this nation up to the pinnacle of global dominance. Where are the stalwart and brave men and women who stared starvation and poverty in the face during the depression and came out thriving and prospering on the other side? The Americans who understood that the world did not owe them a living but rather their success was gauged by the ache in their bones and the sweat on their brow. How far has this nations people come from the rallying cry a unified nation each man woman and child doing their part to support war efforts of World War One and World War Two. Were folks would step up and work twelve to sixteen hour days in the factories instead of stepping up onto their soapbox in protest of our militaries today. Why is it that in todays America true patriots born and raised on the produce from our nations farms, the back bone of this great nation, have to bow and submit to foreign cultures being forced upon them by immigrants who are here illegally? Since when is it the practice of the American people to have to learn foreign languages just be able to educate immigrants children in OUR schools or sell products at OUR grocery stores? What about OUR American culture and way of life? And finally since when have we decided that our government knows what is best for us? When did we Americans become a nation of sheep? Let me quote a little something that I should think we all know from our childhood, " I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and the Republic for which it stands..." Did you catch that last part patriots? ... The Republic. A Nation OF the people BY the people FOR the people. I can honestly say that our government today is defiantly not acting in the interest of the We The People. Over two hundred years ago our nations architects went to war over being taxed by a tyrant. A tyrant who was not of the people and did not work for the people. Insuring that such a tyrant never again rule in like fashion over this country again our fore fathers created the Constitution to give all men equal liberty, freedom, and pursuit of happiness. Understanding that the individuals rights far outweigh any political agenda or governmental planning. Rise up America, Rise up and be counted once again as heroes and enter your names in the history books. Names like George Washington, Samuel Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and the countless others who gave it all fighting to win our independence. Whether by Ballot box or Ammo box, patriots, the time is now. God Bless you and God Bless these United States of America! ~Patriot 76
