What happens after you stand in your underwear in a well lit dressing room with a 3 way mirror? I dont know about you, but for me it was a cathartic moment for me. Since then done Im now doing isometric and isotonic exercises morning and night, making healthy fruit, veggie and vitamin packed smoothies for breakfast and lunch and a healthy salad for dinner. Nothing like the naked truth to give you a wake up call!
