What happens when we start hearing complaining about sad IT Bands? We do more squats and lunges, thats what. A strong butt = a happy IT Band. For all of you who slept away the morning because you partied too hard this weekend, or just totally forgot that it was Tuesday because it felt like a Monday, well, when your IT Band is sad, dont blame it on us! ;) The final tally: 32 frog-style squat jumps, 28 leg lifts, 30 sit ups, 46 jumps onto the stairs, 33 push ups, 33 dips, 4 million walking lunges, lots of semi-human-sized bubbles. (Yes, surrounding yourself with bubble DOES count as an exercise, why do you ask?) When it hurts to stand up tomorrow, just think of your sore muscles giving you a high five on the butt for a job well done. #buildcommunity #buildabooty #butthighfives Were at the Red Bank High School track tonight at 7:30pm!
