What happens when you build your business wide ! Well it seems to me that if you look for a system that pays out on width and not depth then your going to be a very busy person ! Imagine going a 100 people wide ! In my view thats going to mean constant turnover, constant questions constant aggravation, constant work ! I personally believe that looking for a system that pays you on multi levels and has a forced matrix is the better way to go ! It cuts down on the stress and the constant babysitting ! It is logically better to work closely with a small group of leaders and train them to teach their leaders the art of duplication ! This business is supposed to be about lifestyle and freedom and not stress and long hours ! Dont get me wrong you need to work harder than you have ever worked before in the beginning but when you build depth in a system that pays out on depth then the hard work diminishes over time ! These are my personal thoughts ! What are yours ?
