What happens when you open up a Oaxacan restaurant near the Hare Krishna temple? Extremely vegetarian friendly and much lighter Oaxacan fare. Expect some of the best, fluffiest handmade tortillas in town, lighter takes on Oaxacan classics like buttery banana leaf roasted fish and even a Oaxacan Tlayuda veggie "Pizza" that uses a housemade faux-asiento (toasted Oaxacan lard) made from crushed toasted pepitas and olive oil.
