What has the legal system in this country come too??? I see in todays paper that my good friend Beth Harwell the speaker of the House in Tennessee has been indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury. The indictment was lead by old time Democrats John J Hooker. The reason for the indictment was that Beth did NOT appoint people to a committee that Hooker and other democrats wanted. This is unbelievable to me and it absolutely shows that the district attorney could indict a Ham Sandwich if he wanted to…what a waste of time and money!!! What a misuse of the legal system!!!! We must remember that those in charge of the system must give special care to be sure they are right and obviously the people in charge of this system are going to abuse it.
