What helps you focus? I am working on stopping my ADD medication, and a big part of that is exploring ways to manage some of the symptoms through focus training and routine. I always feel like there is an alarm going off in my head telling me to do something else (like check Facebook or email for the hundredth time) and I need to silence it with something that doesnt cause so many side effects. Or at least learn to ignore it. So what works for you? =)
