What if Boko Haram does not want Dialogue? George Onmonya Daniel _________________________ President Goodluck Jonathan had always wanted dialogue with Boko Haram but Boko Haram does not look like they want dialogue. They dont look like they want amnesty. They are quite different from the Niger Delta people and their agitations and griviances are different. Boko Haram look like they want to kill more and more indiscriminately and they want to die and go to heaven. They want to get the attention of Obama and the West at all cost. Shekau has mentioned Obama severally in his speech, even asked that he should become a Muslim. He even told the Pope to become a Muslim in one of his mad ranting. They dont look like they want dialogue. Boko Haram are in a suicide mission and from the look of things they have made up their mind. The only solution now is for Muslims to counter their ideology by condemning them in totality, by teaching converts and sympathisers about Islam and discouraging them from joining extreme Islamist sects like Boko Haram and Ansaru. I just saw Muhammad Yusuf, the founder of Boko Harams lawyer, on SilverBird Television talking about dialogue with Boko Haram. The question now is what if Boko Haram doesnt want dialogue? They dont look like they want dialogue. They dont look like they want peace. The war should be taken to them wherever they are. I just pity the Chibok girls being used by this evil men as a pawn in this deadly chess game. They know they are going to lose no matter how long it takes, because they know they are going to lose and they have gone to the point of no return, they can do anything. I just pity these Chibok girls. I hope they are handed back to the Federal Government in one piece.
