What if I told you I have something that is brand new. It will never wear out, never get rusty? What if I told you I have something that will give you an even better return on investment and it is free? Many of you wouldnt believe me. You are probably a skeptic already. What if I told you it was free and some one wants to just give it to you? I would imagine you would want to know what it is and what is the catch. You want to know what it is? Here you go: GODS MERCIES! Now before some of you think, Oh great another but talking about God at least hear me out. I am sure there are things in your life that you havent been the most proud about. There might be something you said or did and you think if you had one do over you would do it differently. Most of us deal with this. Gods mercies are new everyday. We didnt do anything to deserve His mercy. But God simply offers it up. Before you say this is some religious rant, know that this is a relation rant. How indies it feel to love someone who doesnt love you back? It sucks! It hurts! See God doesnt need us. But He desires that intimate relationship with us. And we often times dont desire that intimacy with God but how much do we find we desperately need Him? How many of us has felt like we are not good enough or that if we just get somethings cleaned up then maybe God will accept us? I know Christians can be extremely cruel but we are not talking about them, I am talking about God. His mercies are new each and every day! So know that God desires that closeness with us so much that this is something He offers to us. And the only thing we can do about it...is to not accept it. And even at that, it is still there! Thank you God for my devotion time this morning. Thank you for your love and mercy!
