Once Red China has decided to emerge as a stubborn and violent superpower and not to compromise with any other power, it will likely ignore the warnings of the USA and challenge its supremacy. War is the last resort, but its still a possibility. Red China has revealed its ambition to change the status quo by remapping the world, and the USA has shown its determination to oppose it. If the Communist Vietnam leadership were caught fooling the USA on behalf of Red China, Vietnam would be the first battleground of the US fight against the empire of Red China and Vietnam as its annexed territory. Democratization of Vietnam is the key to solve the crisis. Therefore, a democratic government is sure to be set up, no matter who will be included in the human resources. QN 8/17/14.
