What if every child that had to return to a house where domestic violence is prevalent, had a friend whose parents would allow that child to freely enter their house till his parents issue went away or lessened. What if the childs parents understood the affect that their domestic violence had on their child, and did not take any hits to their pride as parents for allowing their to child stay at someones home till they got better. What if the friends parents, took in the child, as if he/she was their own until their parents livelihood improved, so that they can work on fixing themselves and he can worry about being a child. ... All I am saying is this, sure you want to spread the family name(the Joness, the Jeffersons)-whatever that means. Just simply realize that if we ever for one day considered one another as one big family, things would be a lot different and a lot easier, for us all.
