What if police decide they have plans on mounting an increased traffic enforcement program by having unmarked cruisers set up on an unnamed street and marked cruisers set up nearby. What if motorists never knew the exact plans on the traffic enforcement until they received a ticket in the mail and had to pay it within a time period before demerits are leveraged. What if the licence plate readers were triggered and officers had enough evidence to believe the vehicle was stolen as officers could have called in the cop chopper and canine unit if the suspects turn the traffic stop into a high speed chase. Also what if the crew flying the cop chopper gave coordinates to ground units to set up a road block and as the suspect sped through officers flung out the spike belt and as the suspects were forced to stop on deflated tires and the suspects ordered out at gunpoint.
