What if, right now, you just looked at your body and said I am enough. Just what if you took a second to be OK with where you are right now? Doesnt that feel really good? Does it mean we cant have goals? Not at all. Being content and OK with you right now does not mean we cannot improve. It simply means we can enjoy the journey, get rid of the negative self talk and just be. A much nicer way to be.
