What if the outcome of a litigation was the optimal outcome for - TopicsExpress

What if the outcome of a litigation was the optimal outcome for party (A)? Yet party (A) felt the legal system was negligent and failed to accurately understand the situation. Party A believed the judge would have honestly understood the situation if he wasnt so fogged and clouded and segmented and xyz by rules of lawyer packaging, presenting, compartmentalizing? So I guess my question is? Who judges the legal system when it comes to whether or not the construct in which it runs is still built to current code?
