What if we all. As many as possible. The people that care. I believe that on reflection that is lots of people. Out of an act of love for our planet and sympathy towards those we have caused to suffer. What if we all went on a sort of extended fast. Only eat healthy food, hardly any meat (if any) because animals are suffering too. No sugar. Quit smoking and coffee. Stop driving. Stop using electricity (except for what is absolutely necessary). Only work part time at our jobs (I do that anyway tee hee). What if all the good people just decided all together to slow down. No violence. No riots. Our most basic right played out in reverse. What if? I think it would have a massive impact myself. Take our goodies away in spite of ourselves, this system will crumble and change quite quickly but not collapse. We could all walk with our heads held high. We could look each other in the eye for once...how does this sound? Anybody out there???
