What if we started a bunch of tribes to better the village..Not rivals though..it would be understood that each tribe represented one great family...What if a Man and Woman...with a functional relationship decided to dedicate themselves to a group of youth beginning at age 13, say 8 or so youth...and stayed committed to that specific group until each one reached the age of 25..And that was YOUR tribe to see through life as best you could..and if you succeeded in keeping them safe and sound minded...You won...Sometimes i think good mentors move around too much...we gotta see these young ppl through..I kinda think working with one small sized group for an extended period of time, May be more effective than doing a million 1-hour workshops, in a million places. Grab a group of young ppl and stay committed...It may be the best example of family theyll ever witness...just my thoughts..based off my experiences...i aint got all the answers though, so dont shoot me down for trying..
