What is AADHAR and what is there to take credit in it? It is a money waste plan as a filthy practice where full of mistakes. Cant believe? Where ever people had gone for AADHAR registration, just recall the process : bring it is claimed to be a foul proof system, Aadhaar doesnt have a local office and conducted at any location where ever they felt irrespective if any adequate facilities. Equipment they used were Junk old computers and scanning devices and camera which cannot create a better impression if people. Photos taken are shapeless and cannot identify the person from their captured picture Details entered are have mistakes as the staff selected and employed were not adequate qualified nor trained well Given the assignments to some petty contractors and what was the credibility in selecting the contractor for the registration are really fictious Now the card getting into your hand and how to preserve it, carry it and use it, no one knows. And also the cards life is not known as it is just of that nature. Now implementation of Nilekani proposal in the system is totally baseless as even Nilekani doesnt know what is this and how it shall be functioning and what shall be the purpose of it and how to implement and use it. Atleast before accepting the proposal efficient executives from government must have verified the system and functioning in other countries where such a system is already introduced and functional well would have helped the government in implementing this system fully success. Being head of an it company doesnt mean he is a smart fellow to guide ministrative skills to control a nations governance which shall have a life time validity of persons. Still I propose that, government must study and review this system with other countries where such a system implemented and performing as well learn what else we need to incorporate into the system. As such a system must be a foul proof one to get a full information at a single point about the person whom you are is during the cards. Once the card is on verification authorities having the access limit to know about the details of the card holder. Which mean if you will use this card at ration shop he will be accessed only to veryfy the persons contact details and identity in front if him as well relevant to his work before that authority only and when put before the bank they well get only his banking details with that bank as well his personal details. It must be in such a way that when presented before the taxation authority they will have access to his taxation matters which again restricted to level of officers and before the immigration officer full identity and control of this person. Once this system implemented to the full level it will be a foul proof system and Indians can travel in and around India as well travel abroad to exit india / board a check in and immigration in the country with out any other document as every thing is Vsilable in the card to the concerned authorities including his pp status, visa etc . This card is to be used with system reAders in access points as well identity purpose and it is high time government take action to study further before implementing and no doubt the current system is an utter failure as we are seeing today. Many times I my delft feel pitty on my picture on the voters Id card including my address and I dont know how the person who verifies my identity with the voter card identifies me as I am the same person in the card. - that is the quality of Equipments used as well the quality of the people designated the job. So really Change for better as through out the world we Indians are much advanced in the IT field and we can make our country better than any others. Huge scam in the name of Adhaar card.
