What is CrossFit Fundamentals? Our fundamentals program is designed for anyone looking to join the CrossFit group classes. Whether you are already an advanced athlete or have never worked out, fundamentals are a must. The classes are small in size to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic functional CrossFit movements and expose you to some CrossFit workouts. You will be taught CrossFit terminology, how to scale, when to use intensity and when you need to rest. This is the perfect place to ask questions and familiarize yourself with the place before transitioning into our regular classes. If you or your coach feel you’re not ready to jump into regular classes you can repeat these classes until you are ready. We often hear Id better get fit before I start CrossFit. We scale all workouts to suit each member based on your current fitness and ability. NOW is the time to start. The next Fundamentals group is: Tuesday at 10:30am and Thursday 10:30am (2 sessions) or Tuesday at 6:30pm and Thursday 6:30pm (2 sessions).
