What is FlowFit? It is a unique exercise routine designed to move the body through all Six Degrees of Freedom (heaving, swaying, surging, pitching, yawing and rolling), it prevents repetitive stress, and naturally compensates for any specific conditioning that you’ve experienced throughout your day - including hunching over a desk or a guitar! Flow Fit has 4 levels of difficulty or sophistication. Level 1 is the easiest and simplest, while level 4 is the hardest and most sophisticated in movement. The movements come from 7 different families, which give you a complete workout. Your body will move along it’s 6 degrees of freedom preventing you from generating any imbalances which can lead to injury. These 7 exercises are put together into what is called a flow. In other words you will be transitioning nonstop from one exercise to the next for a given amount of time. Breathe, posture, and movement are emphasized throughout the program. You will find that the exercises are quite unique and challenging, and will help you gain strength, mobility and aerobic resistance. Flowfit Exercise Breakdown (level 1): 1. Trinity Squat: Excellent multi-purpose activity useful for toning and tightening your behind, abs, and, of course, your legs 2. Quad Press: Builds shoulder and arm strength while keeping the core in full activation 3. Sit Through Knee: Great for obliques and core strength building 4.
