What is Malaysia Community Crime Care? Malaysia Community Crime Care Association is a non-profit crime watch organization that was co-founded by former IGP Tan Sri Musa Hassan in April 2013 to assist the police and security officers in curbing crime. Its objectives are to: * explain crime prevention to community leaders and students; * help crime victims by providing counseling services; * organize crime awareness seminars; * monitor foreigners, especially those suspected of crimes; *assist former prisoners to start a new life; and curb crimes against women and children. Set up using his own funds, Tan Sri Musa Hassan said that the idea to set up MCCCA came from a group of friends in March.
