What is P50FIT? In this class we focus on strength training using free weights and all of the other fun equipment seen around our gym. Each class is a full body workout that will focus on muscular strength or endurance as well as core strength and stability. All levels are welcome. We will work with you to build your stamina and strength, regardless of your fitness knowledge and level. Modifications can be made for anyone. Class is held Thursdays 5:30am and Saturdays 10:10am with Coach Steph.
