What is Success :- by....Sunil sangwan. Do you want to get succeed...? Do you want to become an IAS...? If the answer to any of these questions is Yes, then just go out, and surprise yourself. I know each one of you has strong desire to become an IAS or it may be IPS. But it is not enough. Today, students in lakh prepare for Civil Services, but of them only 1000 get succeed. That means somewhere there is something that the 1000 has and other dont. Exactly, they know the secret to success which other dont. *Anyway, to motivate yourself..... placing my written and edited story below. Just go through the story and see the reality* Two friends Ram and Shyaam were preparing for the same exam with equal enthusiasm and spirit. But, Ram got succeeded in the examination, and whereas Shyaam could not made it. One day Shyaam asked to Ram the secret to success. Ram told the Shyaam to meet him near the river in the next morning. They met. Ram asked the Shyaam to walk with him towards the river. When the water got up to their neck, Ram took the Shyaam by surprise and ducked him into the water. Shyaam struggled enough to get out but Ram was strong enough and kept him there until Shyaam started turning blue. Finally, Ram pulled his head out of the water and the first thing that Shyaam did was to gasp and take a deep breath of air. Ram asked, What did you want the most when you were there? Shyaam replied, Air. Ram said, That is the secret to success. When you want success as badly as you wanted the air, then you will get it. There is no other secret. Through the story I just wanted to say that a burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishment. Just like a small fire cannot give much heat, a weak desire cannot produce great results. So, in order to get what you want, your desire should be greater than your fear. While preparation, just dont study books, but discover yourself too. If you honestly do that youll meet with the success that is within you. So, it is the you who only can better teach yourself. Best wishes Regards. IAS Helper
