You must learn to separate your true self from the Legal person, once you have learnt to do so you will start using your legal person as a tool to work around the system, that is if you wish to do so but you will have a choice to do so instead of believing there is no way out and you are the Legal person Lets take a further look at the definitions, many seem to think there is remedy within the definitions, yes they can help gain an understanding but the remedy is not within the words but within what TITLE (Man/Woman or Legal Person) your operating with at any given time. They tell us we MUST as public persons (trustees) to APPLY (Beg) for LICENSE (Permission) to do some act/ a particular thing (business or pursue a certain occupation) (Privilege) If you look at definitions of Motor vehicle, Vehicle and Automobile in black laws dictionary they all have the same joint meanings so don’t be worried about using these titles because they wont hinder you in any way but if you wish to be on the safe side you can always explain your own definition of each word, so there is a meeting of the minds either in the court room or whilst dealing with any government agent on the road. If we were Registered OWNERS we will set our own privileges/rules but since were not it goes back to the fact they have the authority to tell us to comply with their policies because we became KEEPERS whilst operating under the legal person TITLE When Police Officers stop you: Whenever a police officer stops you on the PUBLIC roads the first thing they will do is ask to see your DRIVERS LICENSE now without going too much into Trust Law, you must realise you being the man/woman on land and all government agents are there to serve and protect you, your property etc (which we all have seem to have forgotten) All government agents are TRUSTEES and you being the man/woman who they serve and protect are ADMINISTRATORS and BENEFICIARIES Simply put Administrators - give orders and direct the trustee Beneficiaries - are those who benefit from the instructions given from the Administrator for the Trustee to perform Trustee - are those who take orders and serve So imagine if you had a mansion and a designated butler/maid to take care of your everyday needs, you as administrator will direct the butler/maid (trustee) whether for your own benefit or someone else’s within the household, the mansion could be your jurisdiction hence you set your own rules/principals/orders for those entering your mansion to abide by and if they don’t you have the power to fine/prosecute/ban any individual for trespassing or violating your mansions set rules and since it is your mansion you have everything in your power to change and enforce any rules you wish at any given time, if those entering your mansion don’t agree or like your rules they can leave and go elsewhere. This applies exactly the same to the police officer stopping you but like mentioned earlier they work on presumptions and if you don’t make it clear who your are and reclaim your power they will always presume that you are the trustee as the legal person and if you are the trustee, that will make them the Administrator and Beneficiary at that given time, this is the reason the first thing they ask for is a DRIVERS LICENSE and you not understand how to rebut their presumptions and think that I.D card represents you, you give them the license and you enter into their jurisdiction right there and then, your in their household with their set rules and policies for you, the trustee to abide by. But remember you are not obliged to show them your drivers license, give your name etc but when you question their tactics and don’t make it easy for them they huff and puff because your license is key to them claiming power over you. License Plate: The only reason you need a license plate is so that the government can recognize you as one of their public trustees (registration), due to you applying for a license they now set the policies for the trustee to adhere to whilst operating the vehicle, registering our car (property) to the DVLA is just so they can keep an eye on their employees and file away their details (license plate number). Always Remember: The license is a representation that we are operating on the public side in life, that makes us bound to their rules and policies, what we should be doing is operating on the private side of life, that way everything becomes our own, and their jurisdiction (fines, taxes, insurance, license) will not apply to us as private beings.
