What is a #fatfreefriend? Let me explain, because its not what you might think. A fat free friend has nothing to do with body weight! A fat free friend has everything to do with having no baggage, no drama, and no negativity! It is a person who encourages and motivates you. It is a person who says, Remember, you are a warrior, when you are starting to feel defeated. It is the friend that listens, supports, offers to be there during scary and tough of times, and tells you to suck it up when necessary. A fat free friend makes you feel like everything is right in the world, and if its not right at the moment, a fat free friend will help you remember that it will be. I hope you have some fat free friends! I dont know where I would be without mine. :)
