What is ailing the Human Resource professionalism in Kenya?Iam asking this question amid perceived and emerging problems in implementation of the Human Resource management Act 2012. Maybe Iam the one who is out of touch or clueless in the progress made after the enactment of the Law but I would like to know what transpired after the law was enacted and particularly the subsequent establishment of vital organs pivotal in the management and administration of the IHRM(K) also the long awaited professional exams that would be offered by Collage of Human resource Management. Anyone who can bring me up to speed on this?
