What is all these brouhaha over Buharis School certificate. Some are just talking themselves hoarse without knowing the legal intricacies thereto. What is the position of the law? What are the provisions of the relevant sections of the constitution? It is undoubtedly very clear. The constitution does not specify a school certificate but only posits that an aspirant has had education at least to that level or its equivalent. Buhari has had education beyond that level. I think the cacophony over this issue is inconsequential . It is high time we stopped dissipating energy over worthless issues. It is a high level display of poverty of legal knowledge garnished with mischief to distract the revered General and his party, the APC but i think as a General, Buhari is used to this kind of ambush! In an ambush, a soldier does not retreat, he fires on and remained unperturbed.
