What is being witnessed is governance without consent of those governed. This is a blatantly obvious fact despite the fact that such is apparently being ignored. Congress only has about a 10% approval rating and BHOs approval rating is less than 30%. According to the Declaration of Independence when governance is without the consent of those governed then there exists a duty to throw off such governance by whatever means necessary. What is being witnessed is nothing less than sheer tyranny.
