What is improper about a Neighborhood Council, an advisory, non-decision making body as chartered by Los Angeles City, entering into an agreement allowing a corporation controlling use of a public way? More than a rhetorical question, we are reaching out to all stakeholders in Los Angeles vested in a city-wide Neighborhood Council system free of Any tinge of impropriety, conflicted interest, cronyist, insider nepotic influence on Any City Commission, wholly of integrity, full disclosure transparency, accountability, green values, in this, the Anthropogenic Era, in this, the Sixth Great Extinction. Though the Titanic was sinking, the civility of the rule of law was absent. And this is the case of the current city appointments multiplying and amplifying the greed, dishonor of failed business as usual.
