What is it? Officers say they believe the spine-tingling image captured on surveillance video at a New Mexico police station is a ghost. At first I thought it was... a fly or moth, then I saw the legs and it was a human... a ghost, said Officer Karl Romero, who was monitoring the station’s surveillance cameras when he noticed the shadow-like object floating across the screen. Police have ruled out issues with lighting or it being a technical glitch. They also claim the area where the moving image was spotted was secure, and that there was no way in or out without an alarm sounding.
