What is it about BLIND DATES? Why do most BLIND DATES always leave sour story in the mouth of one part. Only few people have a good thing to say about blind dates. My first blind date...she was gifted with the most romantic voice. She was calm and I assummed she must be beautiful(my mistake) No thanks to MTN xtracool and ASUU strike, we talked continuously for 3months. I even boast about her among my friends. Benabu even congratulated me over a good catch even though we havent met her. School resumed, We fixed a date to meet @ satellite T-junction and to go have a date @ smylins. Lo and behold, as my DATE appeared from distance, I said a simple prayer that she just shouldnt be the one. But the moment she asked if am TOSIN, I already knew God didnt answer my prayer then. Though Am not handsome, but when I saw her, I immediately knew I still have hope. Mehn, she was damn ugly and has a boil-like pimples scattered over her face. I just had to hide my disappointment from her. Got her a fruit juice and a plate of rice. My gawd, this gal put the fruit juice inside her bag and told me she will take it at home. The scene was horrifying. As if that wasnt even enough, she insisted on meeting my friends. Mehn, I saw that coming but couldnt avoid it. Though my friends(benabu$tolu) were polite enough to host her well, but I could read the sarcasm in there eyes. They even told her shes the best thing that would ever happen to me. Imagine. The moment she stepped out of ROOM4, I knew that will be the last time she ll be stepping into the room. Since then, No BLIND DATES without pictures.
