What is it with some people and voice mail/answering machines? They prattle on and on and on and on with these long stream-of-conscious tedious messages that redundantly state the same things over and over. Its like they are waiting for the closure of a goodbye, but it never comes, so they fill the empty void with their monotonous ramblings. I dunno. Maybe its a metaphor for their lives. I want to call them back, and leave a terse I feel sorry for you..you are emotionally stunted on their machines and hang up.
