What is love? You can give me a literal definition. You can give me your opinion of what you think love is. You can tell food that make you feel the emotion love. But what makes a person feel that way and so quickly? Say you know a person but were previously taken or occupied but you were still infatuated with them, and then something happens with whatever, and you are now available to go for that person, is that love already? No? I didnt think so. It is infatuation in my opinion. You can be completely captivated by someone in such a short time, but what is the point in saying I love you if 1) You have only been talking that way for a day. 2) You have never met the person nor have the means to meet the person for a while. 3) Does not even know what the emotion means. I have said I love you to people, of course. My family. My previous boyfriends, but I am single now, and I havent told anyone that I love them, except for this one guy I have known for 3 years now. Excuse me, I have also said I love you as a friend to someone but that is all that is. I love everyone but if I am taking a relationship to a romantic background, I will not rush the I love You in the first month or two. I mean there is a fine line between meaning it and actually meeting up and still meaning it. I dont know, a lot is going on with my life right now. I am fighting for my feelings and emotions and questioning if I even feel them. I guess their comes a time where you get disappointed so many times that it doesnt phase you anymore. Yes Nick and I broke up. No I didnt shed a tear. 5 months and didnt shed one tear. So what happened to our relationship? Trust. Trust is what happened. And to elaborate on the trust portion, if you say I love you to someone, the other person, if he/she feels the same way, trusts you to mean that. And when they are ready, they say it back to you. All you can do is hope that they are telling the truth. I guess I just dont understand the word love like I thought I did. In my opinion, Love is nothing if said so early. If you send each other naked pictures before you meet, you spill the I love you, you take all the romance out of it and tell each other all of your secrets before you even meet, what is left to learn? I know this is a hosh posh of thoughts, Im sorry. Their are lots of thoughts going through my head right now, and I am trying to organize them, I just felt the need to post something. That is all.....
