What is meditation for???Tonight’s Topic “Tune on, tune in, and tune off“ we all have our own, individual ways of meditation, some may sit in the Lotus, whilst others in a circle, or triangle, smoke a joint, or come down, with a bottle, LoL. Would anyone like to share „their way, with the group ? For me, meditation is an easy way, to separate, oneself from physical being, and closed consciousness, that we call “every day, life”, to a more peaceful oneness. In fact, we all do it on a regular basic, but some call it sleep, daydreaming, or re-charging our batteries. lol. Our inner self begins to automatically close down, our outer shell, “how many of us have slept with the radio on, but didn’t hear the music,lol” One of my favorite ways, is the moment between what is closed, and what is “true”self , ie, In the morning as you begin to wake, pause,(in limbo) before your body, and closed consciousness, kicks in, be aware it is there, but detached, be self, be one, be in tune/control, then you will be amazed, to actually feel your mind/outer kick in, and it’s a good way to plan your day, try it, and see. lol bless have fun . :-)
