What is particularly good about this posting is the documentation of other sites for follow-up knowledge. Having read the news that is coming directly from Liberia, it is obvious to the people in W. Africa that the virus was created in a lab there and when let loose, the lab closed, this is why there has been violence directed at health workers and burial details. The false information about this virus is that it was carried by bats, and the African people eat bush meat which could have become infected by a bite from a bat. Also, that it is happening because of global warming, both stories to cover up the insidiousness of how this virus was brought into W. Africa. The virus is one that mutates rapidly, the last info. is that it has mutated at least 300x, and as it mutates, any pharmaceutical curative or vaccine is ineffective. Ebola is spreading rapidly in W. Africa, there are not enough clinics, health workers have died so other health workers refuse to help, and the apparel and needed safety equipment to keep health workers from contamination are being shared, the only method of decontaminating is the use of bleach. It has reached the point that they are making protective clothing that is inadequate. The US is building a 25 bed clinic in Sierra Leone, not in the hot spot of Liberia. The money used to build this clinic would have been better used to purchase clothing and masks for the health workers. Now the US is preparing our own hospital workers and funeral staff on how to take care of the sick and the dead. This pandemic is in the making on purpose. TB is another sickness that is beginning to spread in the US.
