What is really going on with Comcast? I disconnected, my service in 2013, paid a final bill, now 2014 they sent to collections I owe 414.00...WTF!!! I just hung up from being on hold for 2 hrs 13 mins & I still didnt speak to anyone in collection...its ironic billing doesnt show me previously owing a balance but collections do & you cant contact them & in all this time I have NEVER received a call or anything in the mail...This just showed up on my credit report.....no wonder they in the news.....am I alone?
