Everyones experience is different, and that is what is wonderfully unique about participating in The WOW Secular Fast. We are not a body with a soul. We are a soul with a body. Just as important as the food we choose to nourish our bodies, are the choices we select to feed & fuel our Mind, Soul, and Spirit. The WOW Secular Fast provides us an opportunity to unwrap the Gift of Discernment as it pertains to things and people that have an influence on our lives, such as what feeds our fear, and what feeds, fuels, and empowers our faith.
