What is the EPA going to do to the Bishops lands bill? This - TopicsExpress

What is the EPA going to do to the Bishops lands bill? This EPA regulation would include all our ditches, washes, gullies, and drainages. In this country it would include everywhere that water runs during a rain storm from your regular rains to your 1000 years storms. Every canyon in this county would be under the EPA’s control no matter if it is private land, or government land. What happens to Bishops Land bill if and when the EPA takes over the water ways? How does the lands bill address the next threat and the next threat after that? The EPA doesnt care about the law and we know that because they are already violating federal law. Bishops land bill doesnt address any of this because it can’t. Even if by some miracle a lands bill is passed by both the house and the senate who is going to control congress from changing it the next go around or over riding it totally in the future? Who is going to make sure the EPA and every other federal agency honors it? I’m sure some folks are saying that congress and the courts will. Ask yourself what has congress and the courts been able to do about all the scandals and illegal activities of the Obama Administration to date like: * Obama Care * Fast and Furious federal gun running program which has cost the lives of thousands * Benghazi where citizens were left to die * Immigration * Federal employees destroying records to cover up their illegal activities It doesnt appear that Congress has done much and no one has been held accountable for any of it. So what magic is going to happen that will insure that the Bishop’s Land Bill will be up held? If it isnt up held who will enforce it to ensure accountability? Those that think passing a land bill by compromising and capitulating only need look at history to see that this seldom works out in favor of those doing the compromising and capitulating. What is the EPA going to do to a lands bill?
