What is the First YOM KIPPUR? The First Yom Kippur to the Israelites was when Moses received 10 commandments on Shavuot, and 40 days later come down from Mt. Sinai, on the 16th of Tammuz (cow god = golden calf) and then went back up to Mt. Sinai to commune to G-d, thus returning on 1st and 2nd of Elul. Moses was thus called back to Mt. Sinai to ask G-d to make ATONEMENT for the sins of the Israelites. Thus on Rosh Hashanah Joshua sounded the Trumpet, we are returning with G-ds Judgment, so they waited in AWE, and repented each day for one of the each 10 commandments, and so MOSES returns on KOM KIPPUR, but what is special this time, MOSES brings with him ALL of the LAWS. I will prove to you MISHNAH Oral Torah is in the Torah, and how it works. The Written Torah is just that, the laws. But the Judges needed a oral Torah to teach them how to carry out the Torah Instructions to the tee. This ruling could not be written down, because as Time changes, so will the laws on how to deal with these new events or issues. Like The Consitution as the Articles, hence the 10 have the 613, but the Mishnah is the every expanding Articles to deal with the changing times. Its commonsense in any government., like what to do with Cars? dress codes? how do we deal with Television, Radio, etc. YHVH tells us to listen to these judges rulings and even Yeshua tells us to do it. add the Gemera and that makes the Talmud. The Oral part of the Talmud is a FACT. the Gemera are like Parables to help explain. So the Talmud people are fighting as Rabbical dont understand the Oral Torah and the Zohar where given on Mt. Sinai with the Written Torah on the Day of Kippur. The Torah tells the judges to give lashes, but the Oral Torah, tells you how to give lashes and how many for what type of crime. Deuteronomy 5 after just giving the 10 commandments, Moses is instructed to STAY, to learn ALL of the COmmandments, not just the 10. Exodus 24 - The 70 elders, is the Sanhedrin Court by the way. the Assemble it is called. 8 Moses then took the blood, sprinkled it on the people and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.” 9 Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders of Israel went up 10 and saw the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli, as bright blue as the sky. 11 But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw God, and they ate and drank. 12 The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.” 13 Then Moses set out with Joshua his aide, and Moses went up on the mountain of God. 14 He said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute can go to them.” 15 When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud covered it, 16 and the glory of the Lord settled on Mount Sinai. Deuteronomy 1 the Ruling is not the ruling of men, but of God Himself - At that time I said to you, “You are too heavy a burden for me to carry alone. 10 The Lord your God has increased your numbers so that today you are as numerous as the stars in the sky. 11 May the Lord, the God of your ancestors, increase you a thousand times and bless you as he has promised! 12 But how can I bear your problems and your burdens and your disputes all by myself? 13 Choose some wise, understanding and respected men from each of your tribes, and I will set them over you.” 14 You answered me, “What you propose to do is good.” 15 So I took the leading men of your tribes, wise and respected men, and appointed them to have authority over you—as commanders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens and as tribal officials. 16 And I charged your judges at that time, “Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you. 17 Do not show partiality in judging; hear both small and great alike. Do not be afraid of anyone, for judgment belongs to God. Bring me any case too hard for you, and I will hear it.” 18 And at that time I told you everything you were to do. Numbers 11 - The Spirit on these Judges is the Mishnah Oral Torah - 16 The Lord said to Moses: “Bring me seventy of Israel’s elders who are known to you as leaders and officials among the people. Have them come to the tent of meeting, that they may stand there with you. 17 I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone. Deuteronomy 16 - this is the Sanhedrin not the Pharisees and Sadducees and scribes - The Sanhedrin is the court, not the political parties that make up the Court. Appoint judges and officials for each of your tribes in every town the Lord your God is giving you, and they shall judge the people fairly. 19 Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the innocent. 20 Follow justice and justice alone, so that you may live and possess the land the Lord your God is giving you. Deuteronomy 17 - This is the most important verses to point out about these RULINGS given by GOD, to the Sanhedrin Court Judges to Judge cases as new issues arise over time - LISTEN CLOSE. 8 If cases come before your courts that are too difficult for you to judge—whether bloodshed, lawsuits or assaults—take them to the place the Lord your God will choose. 9 Go to the Levitical priests and to the judge who is in office at that time. Inquire of them and they will give you the verdict. 10 You must act according to the decisions they give you at the place the Lord will choose. Be careful to do everything they instruct you to do. 11 Act according to whatever they teach you and the decisions they give you. Do not turn aside from what they tell you, to the right or to the left. 12 Anyone who shows contempt for the judge or for the priest who stands ministering there to the Lord your God is to be put to death. You must purge the evil from Israel. 13 All the people will hear and be afraid, and will not be contemptuous again. Yeshua makes it very clear when Speaking in Matthew 5 you better do the Law and Prophets, and Teach it, and surpass the Pharisees and the Teachers of the LAW - hence all of the LAW that the Pharisee taught (Mishnah and Zohar) 17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven. BUT HOW DO YOU SURPASS THE PHARISEES WHICH DID SO MANY LAWS? YESHUA WAS NOT SPEAKING TO THE SANDHERIAN COURT BUT TO THE PHARISEES - REMEMBER THIS CLOSE. IN MATTHEW 15 3 Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? 4 For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’[a] and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’[b] 5 But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ 6 they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. 7 You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you: 8 “‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 9 They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.’[c]” YESHUA AGAIN DOES NOT MENTION THE SANDHERIN COURT, ONLY THE PARTIES WITHIN THE COURT, AND THE SENATE ISNT THE REPUBLICANS OR DEMOCRATES, BUT THESE PARTIES MAKE UP THE CONGRESS, BUT IS NOT THE CONGRESS IN ITSELF. REMEMBER THIS WHEN READING MATTHEW 16 The Yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees 5 When they went across the lake, the disciples forgot to take bread. 6 “Be careful,” Jesus said to them. “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” 7 They discussed this among themselves and said, “It is because we didn’t bring any bread.” 8 Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked, “You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread? 9 Do you still not understand? YESHUA IN MATTHEW 23 HOW TO SURPASS THE PHARISEES AND THE TEACHERS OF THE LAW, HENCE YOU MUST DO EVERYTHING, THAT MEANS EVERYTHING, THE MISHNAH AS WELL, BUT REMEMBER THEY DO NOT PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH, THEY ONLY DO IT FOR SHOW, BUT WHAT THEY PREACH IS RIGHT, SO MATTHEW 23 GIVE ALL THE WOES OF THEM. MOSES SEAT IS THE SANDHERIN, SO THEY ARE IN THE COURT ASSEMBLY BUT ARE NOT THE ENTIRE OF THE COURT IN ITSELF. YESHUA SPEAKS HARSHLY TO THESE POLICTICAL PARTIES, BUT WATCH WHAT HE DOES AT THE TRAIL. A Warning Against Hypocrisy 23 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. 5 “Everything they do is done for people to see: YESHUAS OWN TORAH STATES NOT TO SPEAK ANGIANST THE GREAT ASSEMBLY THE SANDHERDIN, AND DOES YESHUA SPEAK AGAINST THEM? Jesus Before the Sanhedrin 57 Those who had arrested Jesus took him to Caiaphas the high priest, where the teachers of the law and the elders had assembled. 58 But Peter followed him at a distance, right up to the courtyard of the high priest. He entered and sat down with the guards to see the outcome. 59 The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for false evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death. 60 But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. THAT IS WHY YESHUA NEVER SAID ANYTHING Then the high priest stood up and said to Jesus, “Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?” 63 But Jesus remained silent. MATTHEW 27 YESHUA DOESNT EVEN SPEAK AGAINST THE ROMANS FOR THE TORAH STATES NOT TO SPEAK AGAINST THEM NOR DID JOSPEH, OR DANIEL OR EVEN DAVID AGAINST SAUL.
