What is the HOAs stance on backyard landscaping? We live in the newer Richmond Homes and have two neighbors who have been there 3+ years and never put in a backyard (and the weeds get fence high in the summer). Now that Spring is (almost) here I was thinking about asking them about their yards... but, I dont want to say something unless there is an actual requirement? (I thought it had to be done in the first year.)
