What is the best gift someone gave you that completely changed your life? Over 7 years ago my dear friend Nathan J Krug gave me 1 year gym membership when I was going thru a very difficult time. That gift of health and fitness was the best thing that I needed at that time. My life has never been the same since the first day I found myself on a treadmill. Little by little, step by step, I got stronger, fitter and healthier. Radical change does not happen overnight but consist of daily choices. Lets find a moment to acknowledge people who played a key role in our lifes transformation.
