What is the biggest fitness/nutrition myth you discovered over the years? Consistent Effort = Success This equation holds true for everything in life. Relationships, education, career, physical well being, and so much more. Look at the areas of your life in which you have excelled. You dedicated yourself and did what it takes to be successful, right? There are no quick fixes to fitness & weightloss. I will not lie. It takes a mindset of dedication and determination. Do you have it? The willpower to not stuff yourself or indulge on crap foods every day. The ability to dedicate 30 minutes or so to physical activity. This actually looks like it would feel pretty good. It wont make the extra inches disappear. Workouts & proper nutrition will. Nothing like a good massage after a hard workout.
