What is the ideal size of a county Republican committee? The state party plan lays out that membership for each precinct shall be determined on the basis of that precincts past Republican votes (specifically, the last presidential and gubernatorial elections combined). Some units give one seat for every 250 votes--others one for every 500 votes. I tend towards having the most seats possible available. If I run for SCRC Chair Id like to see the number rolled back from 500 to at least 350. Do you know your units number, and what are your thoughts?
