What is the main thing you should be focusing on when building your business? I focus on my team and what they do, some people wont agree but the more successful your team is the more successful you are! If im about to close a sale and my team needs me sorry prospect but i need to put you on hold. The reason im there is to help them because they are still learning i can always close the sale later :D Anyone disagree or if you do agree to what extent? *****
