What is training? Guru Brahma guru Vishnu, Guru Dheivo Maheswaraha, Guru Saakshath Para Brahma Thasmai Sri Guruvae naamaha. In past history a tutor had been called next to God and parents. Tutoring can be classified in to tutoring, coaching and mentoring. When it comes to a level of mentoring that gives the completeness of the teacher. The quality of the education heightens when I explore and research and give different and more details on the subject. The thirst to learn and give more and more brings out intellectual individuals in the society. The need to learn and awareness that one should ever be in the search of knowledge can be brought in students only by a teacher. The innovativeness and the different approach in the teaching session bring in the interest in the learners. Therefore we can come in to a conclusion that a teacher is a psychologist too….. Teacher knows how to give what , to whom and how ???????????????????
