A witness decided to rescue the 2 kits, however, he kept them for over a month before deciding to do the right thing and turn them over to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator (us). The result is that one of the siblings has died and this one is so habituated to people that he may not be a candidate for release (he was also fed an improper diet which hopefully will not impact his development). If we cant wild him up, he may have to spend the rest of his life in captivity or be humanely euthanized. PLEASE, if you find a wild animal, do not try and raise it yourself.
